In 2014, the company continued its trend of reducing its environmental
footprint, as measured by a range of environmental performance
indicators. Compared with the 2013 performance, the company achieved
reductions in 2014 in the following areas:

Electricity use, down 2%

Total chemical emissions, down 21%

Volatile organic chemical (VOC) emissions, down 23%

Non-VOC emissions, down 21%

Waste, down 37%
