Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report.
This marks Trinseo’s sixth report since the company’s formation in 2010.

According to the report, Trinseo has continued its trend of reducing its environmental footprint. (Graphic: Business Wire)
In 2015, Trinseo continued its trend of reducing its environmental
footprint, as measured by a range of environmental performance
indicators.
Since its first report in 2011, the company achieved reductions in the
following areas:

Electricity use, down 4%

Total chemical emissions, down 18%

Volatile organic chemical (VOC) emissions, down 50%

Waste, down 17% (over 2014)
The 2015 Sustainability and CSR report profiles how the company’s
products help its customers improve their own sustainability in areas
such as LED lighting, green tires, life-saving medical devices, electric
vehicle charging stations, and lighter weight cars that get better
mileage. The report also outlines Trinseo’s programs in product
stewardship, quality, safety, ethics and compliance, volunteerism, and
Responsible Care®.
